Just a all around great bike.. The components are good enough to spend a day cycling.. Its just what you need.. Sure you can spend alot more on a bike, but really whos going to know. i bought it for my high school daughter whos on the cross country team and it works great for her training..
I am a runner and started doing triathalons this spring/summer, so after competing in my first sprint tri with a hybrid I knew I had to get a road bike for the upcoming tris. This bike is perfect for my needs. The full carbon frame Treks were out of my price range, however, this model is still quite lightweight and I believe is very responsive in shifting gears up and down hills. All of my training rides and other sprint tris I competed in with this bike over the summer were great and I couldn't be happier with this bike. My rides so far have only been in the 14-24 mi range, so I am curious to see how it does for longer rides as well. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and enjoy getting out there to ride it.
